A nurturing experience for mums and bubs. Build community. Rehabilitate your pelvic floor and abdominal wall. Learn how to massage your baby. Fun yoga sequences just for baby as well as sequences for you to do with your baby. Take-home workouts to help you recover. Stretch and release hard working back, neck and shoulders. Learn some evidence-based mindfulness meditation skills and breath exercises to sustain you as a mum. Stay after for a cuppa and the chance to connect with other young mums sharing the parenthood journey.

Suitable for beginners and intermediate yoga lovers. This a lovely venue to practice yoga. Relaxed classes. Different levels offered. Breath work, vinyasa flow and evidence - based mindfulness meditation to build a strong, balanced and flexible body and mind.
